The magical town of Tulum was the perfect setting for our dream wedding in 2009, and we fell in love with the place. So much so, that we decided to relocate and make it our home. In doing so, we became very aware of the stumbling blocks that can get in the way of those who are new to the Mexican property market.

As we discovered, it can be difficult for those with no experience of the country’s laws or the ability to speak Spanish. We set up this company so that North Americans can enjoy the huge benefits that this incredible place has to offer.
